The Young Allies Programme by the Women's Foundation (TWF) empowers university-age men to become advocates for gender equality and inclusive leadership in Hong Kong through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on learning.
What: Join the Young Allies Programme and become a champion for gender equality and inclusive leadership in Hong Kong. Gain mentorship, attend interactive workshops, and engage in practical learning experiences.
Who:
- Male university-age students who are currently enrolled in any tertiary institution in Hong Kong
- Motivated individuals eager to challenge gender stereotypes and develop inclusive leadership skills
Application deadline: 12 October 2025
Application process: Please complete this application form. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online interview. Result will be announced in late-October.
