To avoid gender-related, disability, and racial bias in recruitment and selection, Mr Clifford Lo, Senior Training Officer of the Equal Opportunities Commission, will explain the application of Anti-Discrimination Ordinances in recruitment and selection processes, the legal liabilities arising from discriminatory recruitment practices, and good practices in preventing discrimination in HRM functions.
