Issues in Human Resources Management under the Disability Discrimination Ordinance

Queries related to equal opportunities frequently surface in various aspects of human resources management, specifically under the Disability Discrimination Ordinance. These may include managing sick leave and performance appraisal. In this 1.5-hour Zoom session, Mr. Clifford Lo, Senior Training Officer at the Equal Opportunities Commission, will discuss relevant legal provisions and offer practical advice on effective management strategies and responses to these complex issues. All colleagues, particularly those with supervisory roles and duties, are welcome to participate in this talk.
