World Mental Health Day: Don't Worry! Be Happy!
In celebrating the World Mental Health Day, HKU Postgraduate Student Association (PGSA) and Equal Opportunity Student Ambassadors (EOSAs) are co-organising full-day free activities with the support from CEDARS, Phoenix Foundation and Vedas: Heart and Soul Society to raise awareness of mental health issues on campus.
With the theme, “Don’t worry! Be happy!”, this event aims to provide a platform for HKU communities to share on mental health concerns, remove stigma and promote resilience and well-being through seminars, human library, workshops, mindfulness and yoga exercises.
