WeVoice+ Sharing: How a mobile app helps visually impaired people to "see"

People with visual impairment face countless challenges each day, from taking food from the fridge to finding the right bus stop. WeVoice+, the champion of Hong Kong Techathon and Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge 2020, is an app developed by a graduate of the University, which aims to assist people with visual impairment to get through their day. It is designed to connect volunteers to those in need to provide attentive help in a more timely and flexible way. 

The founder of WeVoice+, Dr Kelvin Siu, will share their innovation journey to make lives easier for people with visual impairment. If you are interested in knowing about how the team turned their inspiration into reality, please don’t hesitate to register for the sharing.
