Equal Opportunity Advisor Training Session 2018

Two training sessions for Equal Opportunity Advisors (EOAs) will be held on March 5 and 7, 2018. Ms Cynthia Lam, Senior Training Officer of the Equal Opportunities Commission, will conduct the training sessions on "Managing Sexual Harassment in the Campus".

Rundown of the Session:
2:00 – 2:05pm - Registration and Welcome
2:05 - 5:30pm - Managing Sexual Harassment in the Campus:
1. Overview of Sex Discrimination Ordinance (SDO)
2. Definition of Sexual Harassment
3. Behaviour that may constitute Sexual Harassment
4. Dealing with Sexual Harassment
5. Preventing Sexual Harassment
