Brief Description:
Hong Kong is a dynamic city with a reputation as a “Culinary Paradise”. Cuisines of numerous cultures make up the food diversity we enjoy today. This dish is called "Chicken and Egg"(「雞蛋仔與雞」), a fusion dish incorporating Hong Kong street food egg waffle with Korean fried chicken. The restaurant has vintage Chinese style adornment due to its location being a Chinese medicine clinic since 1932! After its renovation, it turns into a fusion restaurant offering English all-day breakfasts, American burgers, Italian carbonara, Chinese tea etc. It is the best embodiment of Hong Kong's "East meets West" identity.
