Brief Description:
I think what drives inclusion is for spaces to be welcoming, to be inclusive. I think bridge is a great metaphor for inclusion. It is imperative not only to say you’re welcome here but to create the passage for an individual to be welcomed in the community. Only thereafter, can there be diversity!
