Revised Equal Opportunity Policy and Procedures

The University Council has approved the revised Equal Opportunity Policy and Procedures for Handling Discrimination/Harassment Complaints. In particular, the scope of the Policy has been expanded to cover breastfeeding discrimination, breastfeeding harassment, and discrimination on the ground of sexual orientation in view of the recent developments in anti-discrimination legislation and case law in Hong Kong.
