In Hong Kong, recent amendments of the Sex Discrimination Ordinance for protecting women from discrimination and harassment on the ground of breastfeeding took effect in June 2021. The Equal Opportunity Commission has issued an e-booklet to explain the meaning and scope of the breastfeeding protections.
