EOC’s Webinar for Sports Sector on Changes to Sexual Harassment Law

To explain how the enhanced protection under the Discrimination Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2020 may apply to situations of sexual harassment in sports, and to equip sports organisations with better knowledge of preventive practices, the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) will organise the seminar “Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Sports Sector: How to Empower Coaches and Athletes to Prevent Sexual Harassment” via Zoom on March 26, 2021. Colleagues who are responsible for engaging coaches to train students in different sports at the University, and coaches engaged by individual departments/units are advised to attend this webinar.
