CEDARS Non-Academic Induction Talk introduced new students to the non-academic student services, support and resources available at HKU including new student adjustment and counselling support, support to students with disabilities and special educational needs (SEN Support), financial resources, housing, careers, co-curricular and out-of-classroom learning opportunities, equal opportunity, and non-academic induction activities. The Equal Opportunity Unit joined the session to answer any questions students may have concerning diversity, inclusion, anti-sexual harassment, etc. Our video that briefly explains the HKU Equal Opportunity Policy and how to deal with harassment can be found on Moodle.
