Mental Memo

The Equal Opportunity Unit is co-organising an online session with Heart-to-Heart on mental health issues. Mr John Yiu (Psychological Well-being Officer) and Ms Janice Au (Project and Research Assistant) from the Jockey Club eGPS Psychological Service and Training Centre will introduce the symptoms and basic mechanisms behind different mental health issues and discuss what you can do if you, your friends, or family members show symptoms of mental health issues.

Heart-to-Heart (心．照) is a student group who had experienced ups and downs in life and believe in the importance of supporting each other, embracing ourselves, and understanding of mental health.

Come and join at this sharing session to know more on mental health issues and how to face them!
