EOSA Booth: Breaking the Cycle - Ending Period Shame
Breaking the Cycle - Ending Period Shame is a creative student-led project to promote menstrual equality and foster a more inclusive community at HKU. Coordinated by Cinderella Yeung and Gigi Lai, Equal Opportunity Student Ambassadors (EOSAs), the event features an informative booth where students and staff can learn about the menstrual cycle and hormonal changes, debunk common myths and explore ways to support menstrual equality in daily lives.
What's more, participants can enjoy DIY menstrual bracelet workshops, share their experiences in a period stories session, and engage in interactive quizzes at the EOSA booth. Located near The Jockey Club Tower of Centennial Campus, this event welcomes all to join and break the cycle of period shame. Don't miss out.
