Equal Opportunity Festival 2023 - World Mental Health Day: it's OK to be not OK

In celebrating the World Mental Health Day, Equal Opportunity Student Ambassadors (EOSAs) are co-organising full-day free activities with Phoenix Foundation, to raise awareness of mental health issues on campus.

With the theme, "it's OK to be not OK", this event aims to provide a platform for HKU communities to share on mental health concerns, remove stigma and promote resilience and well-being through seminars, human library, mindfulness and arts workshops.
