How much do you know about ethnic minorities in Hong Kong?

 

When a group of people differ in race or cultural origin from the dominant group in a region, they are called ethnic minority. Hong Kong is an international city and many people here are with diverse cultural background. Do you have any friends who are with different racial background to you? And have you ever tried to understand their culture?

Let's take a look of some demographic data of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong! According to HK Census (2016), Filipino and Indonesian are the two largest ethnic-minority groups, followed by the South-Asian group. On the following two days, we will lead you to explore the South-Asian culture, such as the Indian and Nepalese culture. Stay tuned with us if you would like to know more!
