The amendments introduced by the Discrimination Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2020 to the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (SDO) for protection of breastfeeding women against discrimination will take effect on June 19, 2021. The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has published the following guidance and leaflets for different sectors concerned:
